Payment:  Payment can be made via Paypal or direct deposit.  Payment must be made at the time of ordering or your purchase will be returned to stock. 

Shipping:    In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment clearing my account unless otherwise stated in the product information.  Shipment of any custom orders will be arranged with the buyer at time of purchase.  All items are shipped by Australia Post.  If you are concerned about lost post, please contact me for a registered post option.  It does cost slightly more, but gives you peace of mind. The risk of loss/damage passes to the buyer once I have delivered the package to Australia Post.

International buyers, please contact me before purchasing as I can not ship to all countries and would like to confirm postage costs with you before shipping. 

Warranty:  I take great pride in the quality of my work.  If you are not happy with your monkey when received please contact me within 14 days.  If you have any other concerns please contact me so that I can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 

Privacy:      I value your privacy and will never disclose personal details to a third party.  Any personal information collected by The Super Monkey Shop is used only to complete your order.
